1. About Us
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the RoborockSA website located at roborocksa.co.za and any purchases made through this website. By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
RoborockSA is an authorised South African reseller of Roborock branded products. We operate as a South African business and all transactions are subject to South African law.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order on roborocksa.co.za, you confirm that:
• You are 18 years of age or older
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
• All information you provide is accurate and complete
• You agree to these Terms and Conditions in full
3. Products and Pricing
All prices displayed on this website are in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT at the current rate of 15%. Prices are subject to change without notice and we reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
RoborockSA makes every effort to ensure product descriptions and specifications are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions are free from error. If a product is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in an unused condition.
We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products sold to any individual customer or household.
4. Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for reasons including but not limited to:
•Product unavailability or out-of-stock situations
•Errors in pricing or product information
•Suspected fraudulent activity
•Failure of payment authorisation
Payment is processed securely through PayFast, a South African payment gateway. RoborockSA does not store your card or banking details. Accepted payment methods include all major credit and debit cards, Instant EFT, Apple Pay and Samsung Pay.
Your order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation email from us.
5. Delivery
Delivery is available to addresses within South Africa. Delivery times and costs are as detailed in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Title in the goods passes to you upon receipt of full payment.
6. Consumer Protection Act (CPA) Compliance
As a South African consumer, your rights are protected under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008. These Terms do not limit, restrict or waive any rights you may have under the CPA. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the CPA, the CPA will prevail.
Under the CPA you have the right to:
•Receive goods that are safe, of good quality and in good working order
•Receive accurate and honest information about products
•Return unsafe or defective goods
•Cancel an advance booking or reservation
7. Warranty
All Roborock products sold by RoborockSA are covered by a 2-Year Manufacturer Warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and component failures under normal use.
The warranty does not cover:
•Damage caused by misuse, accident, negligence or unauthorised modification
•Normal wear and tear
•Damage caused by using non-Roborock cleaning solutions or accessories
•Water damage beyond the product’s rated specifications
•Consumable items such as filters, brushes, dust bags and mop pads

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RoborockSA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Intellectual Property
The Roborock brand, logo and product names are trademarks of Roborock Technology Co. Ltd. The RoborockSA website content, design and materials are the property of RoborockSA. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content from this website without our express written permission.
10. Privacy
Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using this website, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein. We comply with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of this website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
