Shipping Policy
Overview
RoborockSA delivers nationwide across South Africa. We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. All orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding South African public holidays).
1. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to all major cities and towns across South Africa, including:
- Johannesburg & Pretoria (Gauteng)
- Cape Town & surrounds (Western Cape)
- Durban & surrounds (KwaZulu-Natal)
- Port Elizabeth / Gqeberha (Eastern Cape)
- Bloemfontein (Free State)
- All other towns and areas via our courier network
Remote and outlying areas may require additional delivery time. We will contact you if your delivery address falls outside our standard service area.
2. Delivery Timeframes
Standard delivery timeframes once your order has been dispatched:
- Gauteng (Johannesburg / Pretoria): 1-2 business days
- Cape Town: 2-3 business days
- Durban: 2-3 business days
- Other major cities: 2-4 business days
- Outlying and rural areas: 3-7 business days
These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak periods, public holidays, or due to circumstances beyond our control such as severe weather or courier disruptions.
3. Order Processing
Orders are processed in the order they are received. Please allow the following processing times before dispatch:
- Orders placed before 12:00 (noon) on a business day: dispatched same day or next business day
- Orders placed after 12:00 (noon): dispatched the following business day
- Orders placed over weekends or public holidays: processed on the next business day
You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
4.Delivery Costs
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order. The delivery fee will be displayed clearly before you complete payment.
We occasionally offer free delivery promotions. Check our website for current offers.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:
- Your tracking number
- The name of the courier company handling your delivery
- A link to track your parcel online
You can also track your order by contacting us via the contact form at roborocksa.co.za/contact with your order number.
6. Delivery Requirements
To ensure successful delivery, please note the following:
- Someone must be available at the delivery address to sign for the parcel during business hours
- Ensure the delivery address provided at checkout is complete and accurate
- If no one is available to receive the delivery, our courier will attempt redelivery or leave a collection notice
- Additional redelivery charges may apply if delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or no one being available
7. Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please:
- Note the damage with the courier driver before signing
- Take photographs of the damaged packaging and product
- Contact us immediately via roborocksa.co.za/contact
If your parcel appears to be lost in transit (no delivery after the maximum estimated timeframe), please contact us and we will liaise with the courier on your behalf.
Do not discard any packaging until your claim has been resolved, as the courier may require it for their damage assessment.
8. Business Address Deliveries
We can deliver to business addresses. Please ensure the business name is included in the delivery address and that someone is available during business hours to receive and sign for the parcel.
9. International Shipping
RoborockSA currently only ships within South Africa. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
